3. Payment and Cryptocurrency Transactions

We accept payments in various cryptocurrencies. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with their terms of service as well.

All cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-reversible. Once a payment is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be refunded directly. Any refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to errors in providing wallet addresses or transaction details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We utilize a drop shipping model through PrintKK and Printful for order fulfillment. Processing times are typically 3-5 business days, with shipping times varying by region:

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Printkk products are shipped from their facility located at 3207 Pomona Blvd, Pomona, CA 91768, USA. This location allows them to offer faster delivery times for their print-on-demand products, as they are made in the USA. By manufacturing domestically, Printkk aims to provide high-quality products while minimizing shipping distances and times.

Printful products are shipped from multiple fulfillment centers located in the United States. The main facilities are situated in:

  1. Los Angeles, California
  2. Charlotte, North Carolina
  3. Dallas, Texas

These locations allow Printful to efficiently serve customers across the U.S. and provide faster shipping options. Additionally, Printful also has fulfillment centers in Europe and other regions, which helps in catering to international orders. By manufacturing and shipping from these U.S. facilities, Printful emphasizes the benefits of domestic production, including reduced shipping times and lower environmental impact.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Like-for-like cryptocurrency refunds (same cryptocurrency amount as paid, not the fiat equivalent)
  • Store credit (if preferred by the customer)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

We strive to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflects the actual colors of the products.
