Our Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We have 2 main distribution partnersworking for our company; Printful.com and PrintKK. Your order will have come from one of these two and the return and refund policies for each are larger similar, and detailed below.


Printful.com Return Policy

  1. Returns and Exchanges: Printful does not accept returns or exchanges for products that are made to order. This means that customers cannot return items simply because they changed their mind or for size/color exchanges.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If a product is damaged or defective, customers can request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of receiving the product. Photographic proof may be required for claims.
  3. Claims for Lost Packages: Claims regarding orders that have not been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery date.

PrintKK.com Return Policy

  1. Returns and Exchanges: Similar to Printful, PrintKK does not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not faulty. They specifically state that customers do not have the right to change their mind regarding custom-made goods.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items: Customers must submit claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 30 days after receiving the product.
  3. Wrong Shipping Address: PrintKK does not offer refunds or exchanges for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
  4. Lost Packages: Claims for packages lost in transit must also be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that our partner has received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will be happy to give you instructions on how to return your item to the distribution center address it came from which should be on the label that came with the packaging for it as well.

Shipping returns

To return your product, we will be happy to give you instructions on how to return your item to the distribution center address it came from, which should also be on the label that came with the packaging for it as well.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
